General Information about the Educational Institution

Our institution was founded in 1899 and underwent a thorough reorganization. It is a modern VET institution of professional pre-higher education, training junior specialists with bachelor’s degrees. The primary goal of the collegeʼs educational activity is to provide students with a strong theoretical foundation and practical skills essential for successful work in their future professions.
Currently, the VET institution is actively developing, with educators using innovative teaching methods, technological tools, and algorithms, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their activities, focusing on building the professional competence of future specialists within the «college-university» continuity system. They are preparing competitive professionals for the educational sector who are capable of working under modern challenges and demands.

Teaching Staff
The high-quality level of education is ensured by the high professionalism of the teaching staff. According to the results of scientific and research work, numerous are issued annually. Scientists of the institute are regular participants of scientific forums conferences at the international, state, and regional levels.
The educational process in Professional pedagogical specialty college is carried out by 49 educators, including PhDs and Candidates of Sciences, teachers of a higher qualification category and Methodists: Candidate of Sciences – 4, PhD – 5, Associative professors – 2.
Students
Today our VET Institution provides educational services to 685 education seekers. Among them, there are 138 students (Technology educational program), 87 (Physical Culture educational program), 8 (Primary Education educational program), 81 (Pre-school Education educational program), 158 (Agricultural production, processing of agricultural products and food technology educational program), 142 (Transport educational program), 71 (Technology of Light Industry Products educational program).
Students are multiple winners of annual competitions of professional skills, olympiads, scientific research competitions. They are regular participants of regional, all-Ukrainian and international scientific conferences, congresses, forums. Also, students of the Institution are participants of art competitions, laureates of the All-Ukrainian art contests, multiple prize-winners of regional and all-Ukrainian sports games and international competitions
International cooperation
The VET Institution maintains close international cooperation with foreign partners.
It is concluded a cooperation agreements with The International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża (Republic of Poland) has an agreement on cooperation in scientific, educational, informational, exchange, and cultural activities aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching, developing scientific research, and exchanging achievements in educational and scientific work.
The institution is a participant in the educational initiatives program by the LEGO Foundation (Kingdom of Denmark) in Ukraine. The educators are members of the Coordination Council for the implementation of educational components (subjects, special courses, modules) in the training program for applicants of professional pre-higher education in the specialties 012 Pre-school Education and 013 Primary Education, as well as in the qualification enhancement program for management and teaching staff.
In 2023, the VET Institution became a participant in the international grant program «Youth Strengthens Ukraine», which is implemented by the Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation as part of the Program for Promoting Civic Engagement «Get Involved!» funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Accordingly, the director of the college has access to a personal account in the Unified International Data Exchange Zone (SEDIA) for potential funding of tenders, grants, and competitions.
